Scholarship detail: Beneficiaries are entitled to $5,000 for Primary Care Paramedic Program (PCP). About 50 awards are given out annually.

Eligibility for the Emergency Fund Award
- The scholarships in Canada are strictly for Canadian citizens
- Interested applicants must be on the roster of institutions within the
province of the British Columbia - Interested students must be pursuing a career in EMA either as part-time
or fulltime. - Institution within the BC must be EMA licensed
- Students who are currently working in public sectors in remote areas of
BC and employed by BCEHS would be given special consideration. - Interested ACP applicants must be employed with BCEHS
- Interested students must provide evidence of engagement in
student/community activities. - To be eligible for the scholarships in Canada, applicants must be Canadian
citizens or permanent residents of British Columbia - You would be required to provide for your financial need by completing a
form and signing a declaration. - If you have taken part in this award program and asked to withdraw from
the program for some reason, you are ineligible to re-enter for the
program
